"My 10 yr old takes 10 upon waking and within 20 mins she is functioning emotionally at 70% instead of 5%. Her mood and speech even out and she has energy to dress, come to the table etc. The great thing is it gives her much needed protein and iron naturally first thing in the morning. Because it is food, it fills her belly enough so she can now take her other vitamins without a stomachache as she does not like to eat in the morning. My dh and I take it in the morning and on days where we've only slept 4 hours, we can function and it gives us the energy and wakefulness as if we've slept 8 hrs. "Awesome Product"
"I actually took them early in the day before my morning run. I felt a little energy as I was running. It really kicked in about 2 hours later for me when I hit the weight room. It was Plyometrics and Burnout day for me and I felt great all the way through. My endurance was great as well. Hadn't had that feeling since I was training for the 2008 Olympics HAHA. But It was a good feel and lasted a good while."

While I can get that boost and portability from other products... What I really like and sets it apart from other products is that I did not feel any stomach distress.
