Your order will be shipped by Australia Post. Shipping is free for orders over $199, and for smaller orders shipping is dependent on weight.

 

Please allow 1 – 7 working days for delivery.

Orders will ship out within 48 hours of business day of ordering.

 

Please note that we do not ship from Friday to Sunday or public holidays.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, extreme heat, service interruptions, etc.

 

We cannot be held responsible for any parcels left unattended a property address.

 

Please consider not using a PO Box as these boxes may have conditions not ideal for perishable products. Please ensure to provide a street address whilst placing your order.

 

If there is an issue with any items, we will require photography of the products.
